Monthly Rates and Fees

August 2024-May 2025

Monthly Fees:  Monthly fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not affected by holidays, absences, emergencies, or inclement weather.  Monthly fees are not affected by months with 5 weeks or months with 3 weeks.

Registration Fees:  Annual registration fees are assessed each year for new and continuing families.

Withdrawal / Change of Schedule:  You must give us two weeks’ notice in writing before withdrawing your child from the program. The monthly fee will continue to be charged if written notice is not given.  Parents are responsible for payment in full.  If you wish to return after withdrawing your child, space is not guaranteed, and you must pay the “returning family” registration fee if your family absence exceeds 30 consecutive days. You must also give us two weeks’ notice before changing your child’s attendance schedule. 

Scholarships: A limited number of scholarships may be available to families who demonstrate financial need. The amount of available funds depends on the charitable contributions we receive from our families and supporters.  An application & documentation are necessary.  Scholarships are approved by the Preschool Board. Please contact the Preschool Director to apply for financial aid or to make a scholarship gift.

Additional Fees

Registration Fees: Registration fees are due annually by July 1^st, apply per family, and are non-refundable. $75 New Families      $50 Returning Families

Late Payment Fee: Families are billed $15 if tuition is received after 12:00pm on the 8^th of each month

Late Pick-up Fee: Families are billed $15 per quarter hour or a fraction thereof when picking up late. 

Monthly Snack Fee: Families are billed for our daily snacks. The snack fee is equal to about 50 cents per day. This fee helps us to provide a variety of healthy snacks for our students.

Fees are as follows: Tu/Th: $8 *  M/W/F:  $10 * Jr Kinder 4day:  $12 * Jr Kinder 5day: $15

Volunteer Fees: Families may pay $100 to opt out of the 10-hour (per year/per family) volunteer requirement.  If for some reason (i.e., moving from the area) your child must withdraw, you will be responsible for paying for all remaining unfulfilled volunteer hours at the rate of $10 per unfulfilled hour.  Payment is due at the time the 2 weeks’ notice is given by the family.  Volunteer hours must be met by May 1^st. of each year.

Returned Checks: First time – Returned check fees are whatever fee has been assessed to the preschool by its bank. A returned check received thereafter is $25.00. However, if a second returned check occurs within the school year monthly fees, checks will no longer be accepted.

Leaving the Program: We require a two-week written notice if a family needs to voluntarily leave the program.

Refund Policy: Monthly fees are due in advance.  For a refund on the unused portion of monthly fees, Peace Preschool must be given at least two weeks’ written notice that the child will be leaving the program.

Discounts: 1) Sibling Discount:  Receive a 10% discount on the monthly fees (only) when two or more siblings are enrolled in the same school year.

                   2) Yearly Payment Option:  Receive a 5% discount if 12 months are paid in full within 30 days of initial enrollment or 30 days before the date of the annual re-registration deadline.
